You will need to fill out a Preliminary Assessment Form, this form will allow our RCICs to have a preliminary understanding of your background so we can develop the best pathway to achieve your immigration goal.

Based on the Preliminary Assessment Form, we will develop an Immigration Pathway Report for you.

After signing the retainer agreement, we will assist you in gathering essential documents about your application.

We will verify all documents to ensure they are accurate, complete and signed.

Upon receiving an ITA (if applicable), We will review your application to ensure everything is accurate and complete before submission. In addition, we will address any of your concerns before submitting your application.

We submit your visa or immigration application to the designated immigration office before the deadline.

We will update your application status within 24 hours and notify you of any response from the IRCC. 

The processing time will vary depending on IRCC; you may also check it online at HERE.

After we submit your application, you will receive an official confirmation letter, including your UCI number. We will give you immediate update and communicate on your behalf with IRCC.
